About Heavens Tools
Heavens Tools is a Web3 creative studio focused on interactive NFT dApps, decentralized websites, and the tooling to help anyone publish on-chain identity without gatekeepers.
What we build

Who's behind it
Dylan Meador (@DylanMeador) created Heavens Tools. The project grew from a passion for making decentralized web publishing approachable: readable ENS names instead of hex addresses, IPFS-backed sites instead of fragile single-server hosting, and interactive NFTs that are actually playable, not just JPEGs.
Heavens Tools LLC ships arcade experiences, mint infrastructure, Pok3Dex, Holy Bible app, iOS productivity and entertainment apps, and platform tooling across Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, and Base — always with an emphasis on self-hostable, open formats and privacy-first design.
